On September 23, 2019 Blake Percle was taken via ambulance to Northwestern Huntley Hospital where he was transported via Flight for Life to Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago. It was determined that Blake had an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) that hemorrhaged in the left occipital lobe of his brain.

Blake remains hospitalized and will require extensive inpatient rehabilitation. Blake's journey will be long, costly and require a lot of support and prayer.
